Salisbury Tower, Important information about "improvements"
Dear Salisbury Residents, You will have received a letter about a planning application for changing of Salisbury Tower windows and walls. New windows and walls may be a good thing, or such a project may alternatively be a very bad thing. We have not been told proper information yet, because BCC have been DELIBERATELY going out of their way to keep people ignorant of their plans. They are supposed to be involving and empowering us, but they are not even merely informing us. But we do all know how hopelessly incompetent the management has become recently with the entry doors unfixed for at least four weeks then putting up notices blaming outselves, which proves that the management hadn’t the faintest idea what was happening here.
